Franklin N. Cochran, CLU, ChFC, RFC is a Principal of Veracor with 24 years experience in the insurance and financial services industry.  Frank serves dual roles in managing the operations of Veracor and working with clients and advisors in the areas of personal insurance and estate planning and corporate sponsored executive benefit plans.  Frank began his career in 1987 with MassMutual Life Insurance Company, later became a partner with The Benefit Company, and is a founding partner in Veracor.

Frank is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and holds the Charlered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, and Registered Financial Consultant professional designations.  He is a native Atlantan and graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Business degree in Decision Sciences.  In addition, he is a Registered Representative and an Investment Advisor Representative with NFP Securities, Inc. and holds the Series 7 (General Securities Representative), 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam), and 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam) licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

Frank and his wife, Robin, live in Dunwoody with their two children, Amanda and Chase.  He is a member of North Point Community Church where he serves on the Host Team and co-leads Community Groups.  He also invests time as a director on the boards of the Murphey Candler Little League Baseball organization and Lighthouse Family Retreat (an organization that serves children with cancer and their families - www.lighthousefamilyretreat.org).
